Description

These spicy chicken wraps are loaded with bold flavor, crunchy veggies, and creamy sauce—perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp chili powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • 2 large flour tortillas


Instructions

  • Toss chicken with oil, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet until golden and cooked through.

  • Mix mayo (or yogurt) with hot sauce for the spicy spread.

  • Warm tortillas, then layer with sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and cooked chicken.

  • Roll up and serve warm or chilled.

Notes

Add sliced avocado, cheese, or pickled onions for extra flavor.

Wraps can be prepped ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Adjust spice level with more or less hot sauce.
