30 g raspberries
-
30 g granulated sugar
-
15 ml water
For the Shake:
-
200 g lemon (peeled and deseeded)
-
75 g raspberries
-
450 ml water
-
150 g sweetened condensed milk
Extras:
-
Ice cubes

Mint leaves
-
Fresh raspberries & lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Make the Jam: In a pan over medium heat, cook raspberries, sugar, and water until bubbling. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain to remove seeds and pour into a piping bag.
-
Blend the Fruits: Wash the lemon and raspberries. Cut lemon into chunks and blend with raspberries and water for 2 minutes.
-
Strain: Pour the juice through a sieve to remove pulp and seeds.
-
Finish the Shake: Return the juice to the blender, add condensed milk, and blend for 30 seconds.
-
Assemble: Decorate the inside of a glass with raspberry jam, add ice cubes, and pour the shake on top. Garnish with mint and fruit if desired.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by reducing or increasing condensed milk.
Use frozen raspberries for a thicker, colder shake.
Jam can be made in advance and stored for 3–4 days in the fridge.
