- 200 g lemon (peeled and deseeded)
- 75 g raspberries
- 450 ml water
- 150 g sweetened condensed milk

How to Make a Refreshing Raspberry Shake with Homemade Jam :
Place the raspberries and sugar in a frying pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then let it simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set a sieve over a bowl and pour in the raspberry mixture. Press it through using a spatula or spoon to remove the seeds. Transfer the raspberry jam into a piping bag.

Wash the lemon and raspberries. Cut the lemon into pieces and place them in a blender. Add the raspberries and water, then blend for 2 minutes.

Strain the fruit juice through a sieve over a bowl to remove any pulp or seeds.

Pour the raspberry juice back into the blender and add the sweetened condensed milk. Blend for 30 seconds.

Take a glass and decorate the inside with the raspberry jam. Add ice cubes, then pour the refreshing raspberry shake into the glass.

Notes
