These adorable Pumpkin Deviled Eggs are a fun and festive twist on a classic appetizer—perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or any fall-themed gathering!
Ingredients

6 large eggs

2–3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon or yellow mustard

1 tsp apple cider or white vinegar

Sweet paprika (plus extra for garnish)

Red gel food coloring (optional)

Green onion stems (for stems)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Boil eggs, cool in ice water, then peel.

Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.

Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, paprika, and food coloring (if using).

Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Use a knife or toothpick to create pumpkin-like lines.

Sprinkle with paprika and add green onion stems on top.
Notes
Use a piping bag or mini cookie scoop for easier filling.
Older eggs peel more easily after boiling.
Natural coloring like turmeric or carrot juice can be used instead of food dye.
