Description

These adorable Pumpkin Deviled Eggs are a fun and festive twist on a classic appetizer—perfect for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or any fall-themed gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs

  • 23 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Dijon or yellow mustard

  • 1 tsp apple cider or white vinegar

  • Sweet paprika (plus extra for garnish)

  • Red gel food coloring (optional)

  • Green onion stems (for stems)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Boil eggs, cool in ice water, then peel.

  • Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.

  • Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, paprika, and food coloring (if using).

  • Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Use a knife or toothpick to create pumpkin-like lines.

  • Sprinkle with paprika and add green onion stems on top.

Notes

Use a piping bag or mini cookie scoop for easier filling.

Older eggs peel more easily after boiling.

Natural coloring like turmeric or carrot juice can be used instead of food dye.
