Ingredients

1 ½ cups (200 g) flour

1 cup (230 g) condensed milk (divided)

1 cup (95 g) softened butter

2 small eggs (90 g)

¼ cup (50 g) sugar

2 ¼ tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ tsp baking powder

14 oz (400 g) white chocolate

Instructions

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and 3 oz condensed milk, mix well.

Sift in vanilla, baking powder, and flour; fold gently until smooth.

Pour batter into a greased 6-inch pan; bake at 340°F (170°C) for 45 mins. Cool completely.

Crumble cake, add remaining condensed milk, and knead until dough-like.

Shape dough into small ghost-like triangles, insert sticks, and freeze for 30 mins.

Melt white chocolate; dip frozen ghosts to coat. Add candy eyes and decorate. Let set.
