Description

A smooth, rich coffee cream made with brewed coffee, sugar, and whipped cream—perfect for enhancing your coffee or desserts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅓ cup (70 g) brewed coffee

  • 3 tbsp (40 g) sugar

  • 1⅓ cups (300 g) heavy whipping cream


Instructions

  • Brew coffee and dissolve sugar in it. Let cool, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

  • Pour cold heavy cream into a chilled bowl and start whisking with an electric mixer.

  • When cream begins to thicken, slowly add the chilled sweetened coffee while continuing to whisk.

  • Whisk until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder for extra flavor.

Serve in small glasses or use as a croissant filling.

Keep refrigerated and consume within 5–7 days.
