A smooth, rich coffee cream made with brewed coffee, sugar, and whipped cream—perfect for enhancing your coffee or desserts.
Ingredients

⅓ cup (70 g) brewed coffee

3 tbsp (40 g) sugar

1⅓ cups (300 g) heavy whipping cream
Instructions

Brew coffee and dissolve sugar in it. Let cool, then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

Pour cold heavy cream into a chilled bowl and start whisking with an electric mixer.

When cream begins to thicken, slowly add the chilled sweetened coffee while continuing to whisk.

Whisk until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder for extra flavor.
Serve in small glasses or use as a croissant filling.
Keep refrigerated and consume within 5–7 days.
