2 shots espresso (or 2 small cups of coffee)

2 trays ice cubes

250 ml whole milk

3 tbsp sugar

2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

Brew 2 cups of strong coffee using a moka pot and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat milk gently. Add coffee, sugar, and cocoa. Stir until well combined.

Add ice cubes to a blender, pour in the coffee-milk mixture, and blend on high until creamy.

Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa, and a couple of coffee beans.
Notes
Adjust sugar to taste for a lighter or richer flavor.
Use plant-based milk for a dairy-free version.
