Description

A cool, creamy blend of espresso, milk, cocoa, and ice—this cappuccino frappe is the perfect energy-boosting treat for coffee lovers.


Ingredients

Scale
    • 2 shots espresso (or 2 small cups of coffee)

    • 2 trays ice cubes

    • 250 ml whole milk

    • 3 tbsp sugar

    • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

    Optional Toppings:

    • Whipped cream

    • Cocoa powder

    • Coffee beans (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Brew 2 cups of strong coffee using a moka pot and set aside.

  • In a saucepan, heat milk gently. Add coffee, sugar, and cocoa. Stir until well combined.

  • Add ice cubes to a blender, pour in the coffee-milk mixture, and blend on high until creamy.

  • Pour into chilled glasses. Top with whipped cream, a dusting of cocoa, and a couple of coffee beans.

Notes

Adjust sugar to taste for a lighter or richer flavor.

Use plant-based milk for a dairy-free version.

Serve immediately to enjoy the frothy texture.
