Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon

½ tsp activated charcoal (or 1–2 capsules)

1–2 tsp stevia or honey (to taste)

Instructions

Squeeze the lemon juice into a glass, removing any seeds.

Add activated charcoal and stir until well mixed.

Fill a jug or glass with ice, pour in the lemon-charcoal mix, then add water.

Sweeten with stevia or honey to taste.

Use food-grade activated charcoal only.
