Description

Enjoy a healthier, crispy fish fry made quickly in the air fryer. Perfectly breaded seafood with minimal oil and maximum crunch!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10.6 oz shrimp, cleaned

  • 0.7 lb calamari, cleaned & cut into strips

  • 7.1 oz anchovies, cleaned

  • 1 ¼ cup breadcrumbs

  • ¾ cup flour

  • 3 eggs

  • Olive oil spray

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 lemon, for serving


Instructions

  • Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs with a pinch of salt, and breadcrumbs.

  • Pat seafood dry. Coat anchovies, shrimp, and squid strips by dredging in flour, dipping in eggs, then breadcrumbs.

  • Place coated seafood in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd), spray lightly with oil.

  • Cook anchovies at 392°F for 4 minutes, shrimp for 7 minutes, and squid for 6 minutes on crispy mode.

  • Season with salt, drizzle lemon juice, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use pre-cleaned seafood for convenience.

Adjust cooking times based on your air fryer model and basket size.

Serve with lime mayo or classic cocktail sauce for extra flavor.
