Ingredients

10.6 oz shrimp, cleaned

0.7 lb calamari, cleaned & cut into strips

7.1 oz anchovies, cleaned

1 ¼ cup breadcrumbs

¾ cup flour

3 eggs

Olive oil spray

Salt to taste

1 lemon, for serving
Instructions

Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs with a pinch of salt, and breadcrumbs.

Pat seafood dry. Coat anchovies, shrimp, and squid strips by dredging in flour, dipping in eggs, then breadcrumbs.

Place coated seafood in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd), spray lightly with oil.

Cook anchovies at 392°F for 4 minutes, shrimp for 7 minutes, and squid for 6 minutes on crispy mode.

Season with salt, drizzle lemon juice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use pre-cleaned seafood for convenience.
Adjust cooking times based on your air fryer model and basket size.
Serve with lime mayo or classic cocktail sauce for extra flavor.
